The products displayed on this website constitute an invitation to purchase.

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

SAL DE BAJA reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including pricing errors, inventory shortages, incomplete information, or suspected fraud.

The sales contract is considered concluded once your order has been confirmed and processed for shipment.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout.

SAL DE BAJA reserves the right to modify prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Mexico.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier's operational conditions.

SAL DE BAJA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, logistical issues, or force majeure events.

Customers should inspect their package upon delivery and report any visible damage as soon as possible.

Payment is charged at the time your order is confirmed.

7. Retention of Title

SAL DE BAJA offers artisanal sea salt and gourmet seasonings produced in accordance with applicable quality and food safety standards.

Each product page includes information regarding ingredients, net weight, and product specifications.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, consumed, or otherwise handled after delivery.

However, customers may request a replacement or refund if:

• The product received differs from the one ordered.

• The product arrives damaged during shipping.

• The product has a manufacturing or packaging defect.

Claims must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of delivery and must include photographs that allow us to evaluate the issue.

If a claim is approved, SAL DE BAJA may, at its discretion:

• Replace the product

• Issue a full or partial refund

• Provide a store credit or discount code of equivalent value

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

All content on this website—including trademarks, logos, photographs, text, packaging designs, labels, graphics, and other materials—is the property of SAL DE BAJA or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
